The free shuttle service ran every thirty minutes to the airport. It was very convenient. the breakfast buffet included many choices, from hot items to pastries. the room had a comfortable bed and blackout curtains. I slept well.
The gym had limited equipment. It could use more variety.

The airport shuttle was very convenient. It even took guests to many famous malls (a helpful service). The staff was friendly and helpful . Breakfast had good variety, which i found pleasing.
My room was worn, and I could hear my neighbors talking. The room did not have teeth tools. Bathroom slippers were not provided in my room either.

the free airport shuttle made getting there easy, even after a late flight. breakfast had plenty options, especially the hot dishes which i found good. housekeeping cleaned my room really well each day. the lobby staff was always quick to answer my questions.
the shower pressure was inconsistent, sometimes it was weak, other times it was stronger and more of a problem.

the noise from moving airplanes was quite noticeable. it made sleeping a bit difficult.
